In 2019, Sentier built a state of the art playroom for our Child Therapists and clients under the age of 11. We currently have one part-time Child Therapist and are looking to hire a second, full-time Child Therapist to support our community’s growing need for child therapy. This clinician could also see limited teenagers, if interested.

Job Duties
- Part-time clinician maintains a caseload between 10-14 clients per week.
- Full-time clinician maintains a caseload of 15+ client sessions per week.
- Complete timely diagnostic assessment, treatment plan, and session case notes for every client in electronic health record system.
- Complete ongoing documentation including updated diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes according to company policy.
- Communicate via email/phone with potential clients prior to beginning therapy
- Communicate with Sentier team using internal communication systems.
- Provide trauma-informed/trauma-trained therapy services to adults (18+). In-person and online services offered at this time.
- Provide family therapy (not required for this position, but a plus).
- Develop curriculum and provide group counseling and therapy (not required).
- Provide couples counseling (not required, but strongly preferred).
- Coordinate care with other professionals.
- Write 3-4 entries for the Sentier blog per year.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned, including: maintaining online appointment calendar, entering client payments in online billing system, responding in a timely manner to phone calls, emails, and electronic health record training.
- Undertake all client contact within the confines of the legal and ethical practices of the State of Minnesota, as guided by appropriate licensing board.
- Attend and participate in all clinical consultation, staff meetings, and staff trainings.
Required Qualifications:
- Motivated, organized self-starter who can remain prompt and punctual when navigating multiple online systems.
- Master’s degree from accredited college or university.
- Provisional or clinical license in the State of Minnesota. Sentier will pay for supervision for pre-clinical licensure candidates.

Sentier offers individual, family, and group counseling and therapy, as well as seminars and classes. We pride ourselves on providing collaborative and comprehensive care to each of our clients. We are expanding our practice to include services for couples.
Position Description:
The Couples Counselor will provide psychotherapy to couples and potentially to families. Clinical work focuses on the reduction of symptoms of relationship dissatisfaction, acute relational crises, sexual issues, and interpersonal issues and family dynamics. This position is full-time (15+ sessions per week) and offers flexible self-scheduling.
Type of Position:
- Eventual full-time caseload (15+ client sessions per week)
- W2 position; not accepting applications for contractors at this time
- Sixty percent of sessions must be after 2:00 pm and/or on weekends until caseload is full. Can revise over time. Sessions are currently held online because of COVID.
