Where

This group meets in person at Sentier Psychotherapy:

475 Cleveland Ave. N.
Suite 103
St. Paul, MN 55104

Located in the Merriam Park neighborhood of St. Paul, just north of I-94. Suite 103 is on the main level of the Ivy League Place, and our door is in the southwest corner of the building. A large parking lot is available outside our entrance.

Why

So that teens can explore how being mindful (or aware of their moment to moment experience) can lead to freedom from stress and worry. Teens will learn to relate to difficult emotions with greater ease and will be better able to show up in a good way for themselves, family and friends. Each group will include guided mindfulness practices and opportunities to discuss what learning is taking place.

How

If you have a teen who is interested in participating, please contact Sarah Souder Johnson at sjohnson@sentiertherapy.com
