This therapy group will play the tabletop role playing game (RPG) The Little Town of Tusk. This Dungeons and Dragons game is a level 1 module in the Critical Core gaming system which was developed by mental health professionals. This group will support the mental health of group members through healthy social connections, conversation, and teamwork.

This group is currently suspended.

This is a virtual group that will be using zoom and Roll 20. Instructions will be emailed on how to access both of these.

The purpose of this group is to provide a safe place for gamers to make social connections while working on skills like emotional regulation, planning, and perspective-taking.

Please email Ellie, our Client Care Coordinator, at [email protected] or call 763.913.8261 to inquire about this group and be added to a waitlist for future therapeutic adult gaming groups.

For group intakes: Please be on the computer/using the internet they plan to use during the game for Intake session in order for Mary to assess the speed of client internet connection.

Group cost is $50 for the group intake and per group session and includes materials. Sliding fee available; inquire with therapist. Superbills are provided for all group members and are particularly helpful for those who would like to submit to HSA, flex accounts, or insurance providers for out-of-network reimbursement. Therapist may be able to electronically submit out of network insurance claims if requested following payment.
