This group is open to parents and guardians who are parenting teenagers with ongoing mental health struggles between the ages of 13-18.
What
This group provides social support opportunities to people sharing the life experience of parenting teenagers with ongoing mental health struggles. This community helps parents share struggles and victories in the journey as well as feedback and resources with one another. The goal is to help parents feel equipped to continue supporting their children through a dynamic and potentially stressful time of life.

Located in the Merriam Park neighborhood of St. Paul, just north of I-94. Suite 103 is on the main level of the Ivy League Place, and our door is in the southwest corner of the building. A large parking lot is available outside our entrance.
Why
To provide opportunities for parents with teens to share personal experiences, connect with peers, learn new skills for managing their own emotions as parents, and understand more about their teen’s mental health struggles and behaviors.

Group Facilitator
Fees
30-minute intake session and per group fee is $60 per family. The group is limited to 8 family units (dual households register as one family unit). Sliding fee available, inquire with therapist for availability. Superbills are provided for all group members and are particularly helpful for those who would like to submit to HSA, flex accounts, or insurance providers for out-of-network reimbursement. Therapist may be able to submit out of network insurance claims if requested following payment.
