DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Workshops

What

DBT Workshops provide an overview of Dialectical Behavior Therapy in a one-time psychoeducational setting. DBT can introduce new ways of thinking about emotions and problems that may arise when faced with stress in typical life settings. Our DBT workshops give individuals in similar life stages the chance for positive peer connections as well as tangible and skills to try when experiencing distress and overwhelm. A DBT workshop can be a good first step for people who are deciding whether or not to pursue an ongoing DBT group service.
