Healing looks different for everyone, and sometimes we could all use help finding the tools and approaches that work for us. Therapy is a beautiful way to create a ripple effect of understanding–once we better understand ourselves and have skills to maintain our mental well-being, we are better able to compassionately communicate with and support those around us, and all of those human connections combined have the potential to change the world.

As Sentier’s Client Care Coordinator, Ellie is there to help every step of the way as you or your family member get started with a therapist or therapy group at Sentier. Ellie was born in Takoma Park, Maryland and moved to Minnesota in 2020. When they’re not working at Sentier, you can find Ellie collaging, sewing, and swimming in the lakes.
