
For clients who are interested in short-term work that focuses on a particular growth area, we offer bundles of six sessions (plus intake) over the summer to explore the themes explained below. Appointment times are limited and vary by therapist.

Clinician: Ashley Groshek, LMFT
Clients: Teens and Adults
Session Format: In-Person or virtual. You will meet 1:1 with Ashley for customized processing of trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and many other mental health disorders. One intake/initial session and six 1-hour Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) sessions are included in this package.
Package summary: Run by an experienced facilitator of ART, this seven week in-person or virtual ART processing package allows people to focus on working through a variety of mental health struggles in a targeted, condensed amount of time. These sessions explore a 7 week progression of the following:
Scheduling: Ashley’s online schedule is available for clients to access at all times via Sentier’s website. Ashley has flexibility to schedule one to two sessions per week (subject to scheduling alignment with Ashley’s availability).
Cost: Therapy bundles are offered at a reduced rate to target specific needs and goals in a condensed amount of time. The package includes the intake session at $200 and six 1-hour sessions at $165 for a total of 7 meetings. If a client decides to extend work with the therapist beyond the package of 7 meetings, regular rates apply. Sentier can electronically submit superbills to insurance providers for clients who wish to use out-of-network insurance benefits. See out-of-network questions here.
About Ashley: Ashley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who facilitates ART sessions at Sentier. She brings a thoughtful yet playful approach to the therapy space and has extensive understanding of the complexities of trauma. Ashley’s approach to therapy is rooted in both Adlerian Theory and ART techniques that guide individuals through the journey of trauma integration. Ashley is a Master Level ART Clinician who assists regularly in ART therapist training. Ashley also facilitates an ART consultation group for other clinicians. Ashley works with Jenga, the facility dog at Sentier.
