These workshops are artist-led and not facilitated by a therapist.

Those who are diagnosed with or identify with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) – ages 18+
This workshop will run from 10:00 AM – 1 PM on Saturday, November 4, 2023.

Why

Being creative is great for the mind, body, and heart, but it can be hard to find time to make it happen or even know where to begin. These workshops allow space to be in community and have fun making art with others with similar experiences while incorporating personal reflections into art using a fantastic medium that is accessible and rewarding – collage!
